Join us for a mindful evening of journaling, manifestation and sound bath meditation at SELF PILATES.
We’ll begin with 45 hour guided journaling prompts to help you reflect and set intentions followed by a 45 minute immersive sound bath to relax and realign your energy. Enjoy light snacks, refreshments and a cozy atmosphere surrounded by our SELF community.

At SELF PILATES, every Reformer class is designed to help you feel stronger and more connected to your body. Whether it’s your first time on the Reformer or you're returning to movement our instructors guide you with patience and expert care. We focus on proper form and a welcoming environment where you can grow at your own pace.

MAT PILATES
Step onto your mat and into a moment made just for you. Our Mat Pilates class is a calm experience that helps you reconnect with your body while building strength. With soft guidance you’ll feel your muscles wake up and your breath deepen.
It’s more than a workout it’s 60 minutes to recharge, focus on yourself and leave feeling centered for the week ahead.
